后疫情时代背景下高校健康驿站建设路径研究

Development of health post stations in colleges and universities in the post-pandemic era

高校健康驿站以校地、校内卫生健康部门或机构为主导,通过严格规范的管理流程、细致周到的生活服务和早期充分的心理干预,关爱照护新冠病毒感染轻症师生,发挥了高校疫情“防火墙”的作用,最大限度减少了轻症转重症的风险,同时有效保障重症病例能通过医疗绿色通道得到及时的专业救治。本文介绍了西南大学在当前疫情形势下健康驿站建设的工作经验,讨论了健康驿站运行管理中亟待解决的问题,对学校疫情防控具有重要的借鉴参考意义。

The health post station of colleges and universities is led by health departments in colleges and universities.Through strict and standardized management process,meticulous and thoughtful life services,and early and adequate psychological intervention,it cares for teachers and students with mild symptoms from COVID-19 infection,exerts the role of the″firewall″of the epidemic situation in colleges and universities,minimizes the risk of progression from mild to severe cases,and effectively ensures that severe patients can receive timely professional treatment through the medical green channel.This paper introduces the working experience of the development of the health post station at Southwest University during the pandemic,discusses the urgent problems to be solved in the operation and management of health post stations,and has important reference importance for the prevention and control of school epidemic situations.
