八珍汤内服联合穴位敷贴对肠癌化疗后疲乏改善的效果

Effect of Bazhen decoction administration combined with external acupoint application on fatigue improvement after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients

目的探讨八珍汤联合穴位敷贴对肠癌患者化疗后疲乏的改善效果。方法选取2018年12月—2021年12月南平市人民医院收治的80例肠癌化疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者单纯采用FOLFOX6化疗方案,观察组患者在接受化疗基础上采用八珍汤联合穴位敷贴辅助治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后相关肿瘤标志物水平、癌因性疲乏情况、气血两虚证候情况、生活质量及肠胃道不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为75.00%(30/40),高于对照组的52.50%(21/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.381,P=0.036)。治疗前,2组患者血清癌胚抗原(CEA)及糖类抗原199(CA199)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者血清CEA及CA199水平均低于治疗前,且观察组患者CEA、CA199水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者简明疲劳量表(BFI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者BFI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后气血两虚所致神疲、乏力、气短、心悸、失眠等证候发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者肠胃道不良反应分级轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.342,P=0.019)。治疗前,2组患者生活质量核心问卷量表(QLQ-C30)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者QLQ-C30评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤内服联合穴位敷贴对肠癌化疗后疲乏情况有显著疗效,同时能提高化疗效果,提升患者生活质量,值得在临床上推广。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of Bazhen decoction administration combined with external acupoint application on fatigue in patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with colorectal cancer treated with chemotherapy in Nanping People's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were assigned to the control group and observation group following the treatment regimen,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received FOLFOX6 chemotherapy alone;patients in the observation group received Bazhen decoction administration combined with external acupoint application based on chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy,levels of related tumor markers,cancer-related fatigue,syndrome of both qi and blood deficiency,quality of life,and gastrointestinal adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the observation group was 75.00%(30/40),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(52.50%,21/40;χ^(2)=4.381,P=0.036).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum CEA and CA199 levels in the two groups were decreased,and the CEA and CA199 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Brief Fatigue Inventory(BFI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the BFI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of mental fatigue,lack of strength,shortness of breath,palpitation,and insomnia caused by the syndrome of both qi and blood deficiency in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The grade of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly milder than that in the control group(Z=2.342,P=0.019).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(QLQ-C30)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Bazhen decoction administration combined with external acupoint application has considerable effects on mental fatigue in colorectal cancer patients underwent chemotherapy and can assist chemotherapy to control cancer and increase the quality of life.These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this therapy in clinical practice.
