团体心理干预对消毒供应中心护士心理状态、工作倦怠及应对方式的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨团体心理干预对消毒供应中心护士心理状态、工作倦怠及应对方式的影响。方法选取2021年1—6月郑州大学第一附属医院消毒供应中心66名护士,采用信封法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组33名。对照组护士采用常规心理干预,观察组护士在对照组基础上接受团体心理干预,比较2组护士干预前后心理健康水平、自我和谐情况、工作倦怠感及应对方式。结果干预前,2组护士症状自评量表(SCL-90)各症状群评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护士SCL-90量表的躯体化、焦虑、强迫、抑郁、人际关系敏感、精神病性、偏执、敌对、恐怖9个症状群评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组护士自我和谐量表(SCCS)各维度评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护士SCCS量表的自我灵活性、自我刻板性、自我与经验不和谐3个维度评分及总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组护士工作倦怠感量表(MBI-GS)各维度评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护士MBI-GS量表的情绪衰竭、去个性化、个人成就感降低3个维度评分及总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组护士应对方式评定量表(CSQ)各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护士CSQ量表的解决问题、求助、合理化3个维度评分均高于对照组,自责、幻想、退避3个维度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施团体心理干预有助于改善消毒供应室护士心理健康状态,提升护士自我和谐水平,减轻职业倦怠感,并促进其积极应对工作。 Objective This paper aims to probe into the influence of group psychological intervention on the psychological status,job burnout,and coping style of nurses in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD).Methods A total of 66 nurses from the CSSD of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to June 2021 were selected and randomly allocated into the observation group by the envelope method,with 33 nurses in each group.Routine psychological intervention was employed by nurses in the control group,and group psychological intervention by nurses in the observation group based on the control group.The mental health level,self-harmony,job burnout,and coping style of nurses in the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of each symptom group of Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)between the groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of somatization,anxiety,obsessive-compulsive,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,psychoticism,paranoid ideation,hostility,and phobic anxiety of SCL-90 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in subscale and total scores of the Self-Concept Clarity Scale(SCCS)between the groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the three subscales(self-flexibility,self-stereotypy,self-and experience disharmony)and total scores of SCCS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the subscale and total scores of the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and reduction of personal accomplishment of MBI-GS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the subscale scores of the Nurse Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ)between the groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the three dimensions(problem-solving,help-seeking,and rationalization)of the CSQ scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of the three dimensions(self-blame,fantasy,and withdrawal)were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of group psychological intervention is helpful to improve the mental health status of nurses in the disinfection supply room,promote the self-harmony level of nurses,reduce job burnout,and promote their active coping.
