分阶段康复护理在前交叉韧带重建术后患者护理中的应用

Application of rehabilitation nursing in patients underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

目的探讨分阶段康复护理在前交叉韧带重建术后患者护理中的应用,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法本研究选取广东省韶关市第一人民医院2014年1月—2021年4月收治的84例膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组42例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,研究组患者采用分阶段康复护理。比较2组患者护理前后(护理后为出院时)膝关节活动度。比较2组患者护理前后(护理后为出院时)HSS膝关节评分量表评分。护理8周后,比较2组患者护理效果。出院时,比较2组患者护理满意度。结果护理前,2组患者膝关节活动度、HSS膝关节评分量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,2组患者膝关节活动度均大于护理前,且研究组大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,2组患者HSS膝关节评分量表评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者护理满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论分阶段康复护理在前交叉韧带重建术后患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者膝关节功能活动度,提高HSS膝关节评分量表评分,护理效果较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application of rehabilitation nursing in phased nursing of patients after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction to provide evidence clinically.Methods In this study,84 patients with ACL injuries who were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Shaoguan from January 2014 to April 2021 were selected as the study participants.They were randomly assigned to the control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing;patients in the study group received phased rehabilitation nursing.Range of knee motion was compared between the 2 groups before and after nursing(after nursing as at discharge).The Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)knee scale scores before and after nursing(after nursing as at discharge)were compared between the groups.After the 8th week of nursing,the effect of nursing was compared between the groups.At discharge,the degree of satisfaction with nursing was compared between the groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the range of knee motion and HSS knee scores between the groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the range of knee motion in both groups was greater than that before nursing,and the study group was greater than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the HSS knee scale scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in the degree of satisfaction with nursing between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of phased rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients who underwent ACL reconstruction has marked effects,which can improve the range of knee motion function,and raise the HSS knee scale score,demonstrating optimal nursing effects.These advantages hold promise for a wider application of this procedure clinically.
