摘要
乳腺癌是威胁全世界女性健康的重要因素之一,且我国的乳腺癌疾病负担也日趋严重。常规二维超声检查作为中国癌症中心推荐的乳腺癌首选筛查方法,其便捷及效益不言而喻。乳腺癌按照分子分型可以分为4类,其中三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)发病隐匿且一直缺乏标准的治疗方案。随着近年来基因测序技术的成熟与展开,分子靶向治疗也成为日后癌症治疗的趋势。本文目的在于总结常规超声在TNBC诊断及治疗中的运用,以期为日后乳腺超声应用的发展方向提供新的思路。
Breast cancer is one of the key factors threatening women's health globally,and the burden of breast cancer in China is becoming increasingly serious.Routine two-dimensional ultrasonography,as the preferred screening method for breast cancer recommended by Chinese cancer centers,is convenient and beneficial.Breast cancer can be divided into 4 categories according to molecular typing,of which triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)has an insidious onset and has been lacking standard treatment protocols.With the maturity and development of gene sequencing technology in recent years,molecular targeted therapy has also become a trend of cancer treatment in the future.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the application of conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of TNBC,in order to provide new ideas for the development direction of breast ultrasound application in the future.
