摘要
基于三维地理信息技术在空间数据管理、地上地下一体化分析方面的优势,研究设计了化工园区数字孪生底座,并成功应用到智能监管系统的建设中。针对化工园区内物体特征,按需采用倾斜摄影、手工建模、激光点云等技术,建立精细的园区三维模型;基于成熟的三维地理信息基础平台上,重点对三维平台海量数据可视化呈现技术进行了优化,确保了化工园区实景三维模型的呈现效果和分析能力。为适应化工园区内产业高度集聚和系统化发展要求,在高效数字孪生底座基础上,建设化工园区综合监管系统,通过对接化工园区的各项业务数据、物联网数据等多源数据,实现化工园区一体化、可视化的智能监管方案,初步探索了数字孪生化工园区的建设路径。
Based on the advantages of 3D geographical information technology in spatial data management,aboveground and underground integration analysis,we studied and designed the digital twin base of chemical industry park,and then applied it successfully toconstruct the intelligent supervision system of park.According to the characteristics of objects in the chemical industry park,we adopted oblique photography,manual modeling,laser point cloud and other technologiesas needed to establish a fine 3D model of the chemical industry park.Based on the mature 3D geographical information platform,weoptimizedthe visualization technology of massive data on the 3D platformto ensure the presentation effect and analysis ability of the real 3D model of the chemical park.In order to meet the requirements of industrial cluster and systematic development in the chemical park,based on an efficient digital twin base,webuilta comprehensive supervision system of chemical park.By docking multi-source data such asvarious business data and Internet of things data,we realized an integrated,visible and intelligent supervision scheme for chemical parks,which could be beneficial to explore the construction path of digital twin chemical parks.
