摘要 根据当前市场上充电桩、加油站分布与管理不合理的现状,为了对充电桩、加油站进行科学有效的运营管理,使用WebGIS技术,结合地理围栏算法,R树空间索引技术,构建了充电加油供需地图的运营管理系统。设计并实现了地址切换、区块绘制、场站筛选、区块筛选、热力分布、打点立项等功能模块。系统实现了较大量级的桩站数据的可视化分析与展示,为网约汽车加油和电动车充电业务提供了科学高效的运营管理手段,也为其他类似服务提供了可靠的可视化管理思路。 According to the unreasonable distribution and management of charging piles and gas stations in the current market,we constructed a operation and management system of charging and refueling supply and demand map by using WebGIS technology,geographical fence algorithm and R-tree spatial index technology,so as to carry out scientific and effective operation and management of charging piles and gas stations.We designed and implemented functional modules such as address switching,block drawing,station screening,block screening,thermal distribution,management and project approval.The system can realize the visual analysis and display of a large number of pile station data,providing a scientific and efficient operation and management means for online car refueling and electric vehicle charging business,and a reliable visual management idea for subsequent similar service.
