遥感技术在房屋抗震设防能力初判中的应用探析

摘要 通过研究在福建省范围内实施的基于遥感影像区域房屋抗震能力初判工作,快速摸清风险底数,宏观掌握了福建省房屋建筑抗震设防情况。分析结果表明福建省房屋整体抗震能力水平不高,且存在很大的空间差异性;房屋抗震水平高低与当地经济发展成明显正相关,经济发达区福州、厦门、泉州房屋抗震达标率明显高于其他地区。由于房屋建筑复杂多样和遥感技术自身局限性以及个人认知差异,不可避免地导致一定程度的误判,因此在宏观掌握整体房屋的抗震设防能力情况下,开展全面地震灾害风险普查是十分必要。 By studying the preliminary evaluationofearthquake resistant capability frombuildings based on remote sensing images implemented in Fujian Province,we found out the risks and figured out the overall condition of earthquake resistant capability from buildings.The results show that earthquake resistant capabilityfrom buildings in Fujian is not enough and varies greatly fromdifferent spatial areas.Earthquake resistant capability is positively correlated with local economic development,thus earthquake resistant compliance rates from buildings in economically developed cities like Fuzhou,Xiamen,Quanzhouareobviously higher than other areas.Due to the complexity and diversity of buildings,the limitations of remote sensing technology and personal cognitive differences,it is inevitable to lead to a certain degree of misjudgment.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive earthquakerisk survey when understand the earthquake resistant capability in a general way.
