摘要
山地城市的发展长期以来深受道路交通及基础设施等条件制约,改革开放后在党和人民的共同努力下,城市基础设施和道路交通环境得到极大的发展和改善。随着国民经济和社会的发展与进步,人民群众对于道路交通的出行服务品质和便捷需求日益增加,现有的交通条件、实施以及综合服务能力面临严峻的挑战。从毕节市道路交通技术现状和运行调查数据着手,依据《数字交通“十四五”发展规划》文件精神,从“交通管理、业务开展、保障运维、安全防护”四个方面对毕节市智慧交通建设进行需求分析,提出基于大数据、数字化管理、云处理、卫星导航与定位技术、GIS融合、高清数据采集等新型技术创新融合的、实现道路交通动态管控的、提升整体服务能力的建设意见,为毕节市智慧化交通建设提供决策支持。
The development of mountainous cities has been constrained by road traffic and infrastructure and other conditions for a long time.After reform and opening,urban infrastructure and road traffic environment have been greatly developed and improved through the joint efforts of the Party and the people.With the development and progress of national economy and society,people's demand for the quality and convenience of road traffic travel service is increasing,and the existing traffic conditions,implementation and comprehensive service capability are facing serious challenges.This paper starts from the current situation of road traffic technology and operation survey data in Bijie and based on the spirit of the document 14th Five-Year Digital Transportation Development Plan,the intelligent transportation construction in Bijie from four levels of traffic management,business development,security operation and maintenance,security protection.Analyze the demand and propose the construction opinions to realize the dynamic control of road traffic and enhance the overall service capability,based on the new technology innovation integration of big data,digital management,cloud processing,satellite navigation and positioning technology,GIS integration,high-definition data collection,etc.,and provide decision support for the intelligent traffic construction in Bijie.
