摘要
从学生获得视角出发,以SERVQUAL模型为框架,构建科普教育研学课程服务质量评价指标体系,为国内研究科普教育类研学课程提供指导意义,以期促进科普教育类研学课程良性发展。
In the"14th Five-Year Plan"period requires the implementation of"adhere to the people-oriented,comprehensive implementation of quality-oriented education"background,science popularization education research of high-quality development theme is not only an important means to improve the quality of basic education,but also the key path to enhance the integration of high-quality development of learning and tourism.From the perspective of student acquisition,this study takes SERVQUAL model as the framework to construct an evaluation index system for the service quality of popular science education research courses,so as to provide guidance for domestic research on popular science education research courses,in order to promote the benign development of popular science education research courses.
