徽派建筑美学特征在主题餐饮空间设计中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 将徽派建筑美学特征运用于主题餐饮空间设计中,为传统文化的传承与发展提供新的启示,对传承和推广徽州文化,打造地域名片以及丰富餐饮空间设计的形式、提升用户就餐体验有重要意义。文章通过实地调研和文献分析,从色彩之美、形态之美、文脉之美和生态之美四个角度提炼了徽派建筑的美学特征。针对当前主题餐饮空间设计中存在的问题,从色彩应用突出主题、形态简化构筑主题、文化植入深化主题和生态融合升华主题等角度探讨将徽派建筑美学特征运用在主题餐饮空间设计中。最后将方法结合设计实践,探讨在新的时代背景下,传承徽派建筑的文化,推动地域特色文化发展的新方法。 Applying the aesthetic characteristics of Huizhou architecture to the design of theme catering space provides new enlightenment for the inheritance and development of traditional culture,which is of great significance for inheriting and promoting Huizhou culture,creating regional business cards,enriching the form of catering space design and improving users'dining experience.Firstly,this paper analyzes the Huizhou architecture,abstracts the aesthetic characteristics of Huizhou architecture from the four perspectives of color beauty,form beauty,context beauty and ecological beauty,and combines the problems existing in the current theme catering space design from the aspects of color extraction and application,form simplification and reuse From the aspects of excavating and inheriting the context and creating artistic conception and atmosphere,this paper discusses the methods of applying the aesthetic characteristics of Hui style architecture to the design of theme catering space.Finally,combined with the design practice,this paper discusses the new methods to inherit the culture of Huizhou architecture and promote the development of regional characteristic culture under the new era background.
