基于数字化保护与产业创新的阳新布贴服务设计

YANGXIN CLOTH STICKER SERVICE DESIGN BASED ON DIGITAL PROTECTION AND INDUSTRIAL INNOVATIION

为解决鄂东民间地区的非遗手工艺阳新布贴目前面临的传承困难相关问题,从服务设计角度整合线上线下资源,构建阳新布贴应用平台,实现阳新布贴数字化保护与产业创新发展。运用SET分析法洞察产品机会缺口与用户需求缺口,从而获取消费者对于非遗手工艺阳新布贴传承与发展的客观需求,并将其转化为阳新布贴服务设计App的具体功能。通过利益相关者地图、用户旅程图构建出阳新布贴服务系统,结合App以及线下实体店,双向构建阳新布贴全新服务模式,实现传统阳新布贴产业的创新。搭建了服务设计理念下的阳新布贴数字化传承及产业创新平台,改变传统的传承方法与教学模式,实现线上与线下资源的整合及相关功能的实现和优化,使阳新布贴文化得以活态传承与持续发展。

In order to solve the problems related to the inheritance difficulties faced by the intangible cultural heritage handicraft Yangxin cloth stickers in eastern Hubei,we integrate online and offline resources from the perspective of service design,build a Yangxin cloth sticker Application platform,and realize the digital protection and industrial innovation development of Yangxin cloth stickers.Use the SET analysis method to gain insight into the product opportunity gap and user demand gap,so as to obtain the objective needs of consumers for the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage handicraft Yangxin cloth stickers,and convert them into the specific functions of the Yangxin cloth sticker service design App.Through the stakeholder map and user journey map,the Yangxin cloth sticker service system is constructed.Combined with the App and offline physical stores,a new service model of Yangxin cloth sticker is constructed in both directions,and the innovation of the traditional Yangxin cloth sticker industry is realized.It has built a platform for the digital inheritance and industrial innovation of Yangxin cloth stickers under the service design concept,changing the traditional inheritance method and teaching mode,realizing the integration of online and offline resources and the realization and optimization of related functions,so that the Yangxin cloth sticker culture can be alive.State inheritance and sustainable development.
