以体质辨识为基础的中医健康管理对高血压病前期的疗效观察

Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine health management based on constitution identification on prehypertension

[目的]探讨以体质辨识为基础的中医健康管理对高血压病前期患者血压控制效果及自我健康管理能力的影响。[方法]采用随机数字表法将东方医院亚健康科2020年3-10月高血压病前期患者100例分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规健康管理,观察组采取以体质辨识为基础的中医健康管理方法。比较两组患者干预6个月、12个月后血压控制效果和自我健康管理能力。[结果]观察组中医健康管理后能够明显降低高血压病前期人群的血压水平,患者身体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)明显低于对照组,健康自我管理能力测评量表各维度得分明显优于对照组,两组患者各项数据差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]对高血压病前期患者给予以体质辨识为基础的中医健康管理可有效降低血压、血脂水平及体质量,对提高患者自我健康管理能力具有重要的意义。

[Objective]To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management based on constitution identification on the blood pressure control effect and self-health management ability of pre-hypertension patients.[Methods]The 100 patients with pre-hypertension in the sub-health department of Dongfang Hospital from March to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine health management,while the observation group adopted TCM health management method based on constitution identification.The blood pressure control effect after 6 months and 12 months of intervention and self-health management ability of two groups of patients were compared.[Results]After the health management of TCM,the blood pressure level of the pre-hypertension population in the observation group can be significantly reduced.The body mass index(BMI),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)of the patients are significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the health self-management ability scale are significantly better than those in the control group.The data differences between the two groups are significant and statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).[Conclusion]TCM health management based on constitution identification for pre-hypertension patients can effectively reduce blood pressure,blood lipid and body weight,which is of great significance to improve patients’self-health management ability.
