In order to further strengthen the management of environmental monitoring process and effectively improve the quality of environmental monitoring data,enumeration method is used to analyze the technical aspects of monitoring activities,such as sampling,transportation,handover and laboratory analysis that affect the data quality of eco-environmental monitoring institutions.Common methods for technical judgment of data quality are put forward,which are practical and referential.The purpose is to provide some experience for environmental management departments to carry out supervision and management,some suggestions are put forward to further improve the data quality of eco-environmental monitoring institutions.
