妊娠期妇女生殖道支原体、衣原体感染情况及其对分娩方式和妊娠结局的影响

Mycoplasma/Chlamydia Infection in Reproductive Tract of Pregnant Women and Its Influence on Delivery Mode and Pregnancy Outcome

目的:探究妊娠期妇女生殖道支原体、衣原体感染情况,以及其对分娩方式和妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2022年1—11月东莞市横沥医院收治的妊娠期妇女60例为研究对象,根据是否感染支原体、衣原体分为对照组和病例组,各30例。统计病例组感染情况,比较两组分娩方式及妊娠结局。结果:病例组解脲支原体感染率高(53.33%);病例组自然分娩率低,剖宫产率、阴道助产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034);病例组各不良妊娠结局发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期妇女易受生殖道支原体、衣原体感染影响,导致分娩方式不理想以及不良妊娠结局,为此需要积极分析生殖道感染情况,并及时采取针对性治疗方案来提高生育质量。

Objective:To investigate the infection of mycoplasma and chlamydia in the reproductive tract of pregnant women and its influence on delivery mode and pregnancy outcome.Methods:A total of 60 pregnant women admitted to Dongguan Hengli Hospital from January to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and case group according to whether they were infected with mycoplasma and chlamydia,each with 30 cases.The infection situation of the case group was counted,and the delivery mode and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results:The infection rate of ureaplasma Urealyticum was high in the case group(53.33%);The rate of natural delivery was lower in the case group,and the rate of cesarean section and vaginal midwifery was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in case group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregnant women are vulnerable to mycoplasma and chlamydia reproductive tract infection,which leads to unsatisfactory delivery mode and adverse pregnancy outcome.Therefore,it is necessary to actively analyze the situation of reproductive tract infection and take timely targeted treatment to improve fertility quality.
