护理干预对骨科腰椎疾病脊柱融合术患者的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Orthopedic Patients Undergoing Spinal Fusion for Lumbar Spine Disease

目的:观察对骨科腰椎疾病脊柱融合术患者实施护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月泗洪分金亭医院骨科诊疗的腰椎疾病脊柱融合术患者60例作为研究对象,通过抽签法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施护理干预。比较两组疼痛情况、恢复情况以及生活质量。结果:护理后3、5、7 d,两组视觉模拟评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组护理后日本骨科学会量表评分低于对照组,直腿抬高角度、腰背伸高度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组各项生活质量简表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以腰椎疾病脊柱融合术后患者护理干预措施效果显著,可明显减轻患者疼痛程度,促进腰椎功能恢复,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of nursing interventions on patients undergoing spinal fusion for orthopedic lumbar spine diseases.Methods:Sixty patients with spinal fusion for lumbar spine disease treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Sihong Fenjinting Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group,each with thirty cases,through the lottery method.The control group implemented conventional care and the study group implemented nursing intervention.Pain,recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:At 3,5,and 7 d after care,the visual analog scores of both groups were reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The Japanese Orthopedic Society Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after care,and the straight leg raising angle and lumbar dorsal extension height were greater than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After the nursing care,the scores of all quality of life short form scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing interventions for patients with lumbar spine disease after spinal fusion are effective,which can significantly reduce the degree of pain,promote the recovery of lumbar spine function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
