预防性护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Preventive Nursing in Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的:探究预防性护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)中的效果。方法:选取遵义市妇幼保健院2020年10月—2022年10月收治的66例NRDS患儿为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分观察组和对照组,各33例。观察组采取预防性护理,对照组采取常规护理。比较两组氧合功能、临床指标、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组血氧分压水平高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组无创呼吸机使用时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组肺动脉高压、气胸、脑室出血、视网膜病变、呼吸机相关性肺炎等并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:对NRDS患儿实行预防性护理,能有效调节氧合功能,缩短无创呼吸机使用时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提升满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of preventive nursing in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods:Sixty-six children with NRDS admitted to Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-three cases in each group.Observation group took preventive nursing,control group took routine nursing.The oxygenation function,clinical indexes,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the blood oxygen partial pressure level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure level was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The duration of noninvasive ventilator use and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total incidence of pulmonary hypertension,pneumothorax,ventricular hemorrhage,retinopathy and ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Conclusion:Preventive nursing for children with NRDS can effectively regulate the oxygenation function,shorten the use time of non-invasive ventilator and hospital stay,reduce the incidence of complications and improve satisfaction.
