护理流程管理在纤维支气管镜检查患者护理中的应用

Application of Nursing Process Management in Nursing of Patients Undergoing Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

目的:探讨护理流程管理在纤维支气管镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年12月在南京市胸科医院进行纤维支气管镜检查的患者70例为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组应用常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上应用护理流程管理。比较两组临床护理效果、心理状态,心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)及动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))指标。结果:观察组护理差错率低于对照组,质量评定达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组躯体化、抑郁、强迫、焦虑、人际关系评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组HR、RR、SaO_(2)水平均优于干预前,观察组HR、RR低于对照组,SaO_(2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理流程管理应用于纤维支气管镜检查患者护理中,可减少护理差错率,提升质量评定达标水平,改善患者心理状态及HR、RR、SaO_(2)指标水平。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing process management in patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods:From December 2020 to December 2022,seventy patients who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in Nanjing Chest Hospital were selected as observation objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine management,and the observation group was treated with nursing process management on the basis of the control group.The clinical nursing effect,psychological state,heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR)and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing error rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality assessment standard rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the scores of somatization,depression,compulsion,anxiety and interpersonal relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the HR,RR,and SaO_(2) levels of the two groups were better than those before the intervention,the HR,RR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SaO_(2) was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing process management to the nursing of patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy can reduce the nursing error rate,improve the level of quality assessment standards,and improve the psychological state of patients and the levels of HR,RR,and SaO_(2) indicators.
