本文通过探讨医院运营主要费用、医疗器械及医用耗材的处理情况,研究医疗器械及医用耗材成本管理与质量控制问题。医院在进行医疗器械及医用耗材成本管理与质量控制中存在的问题包括成本管理与质量控制意识不强、管理体系不完善、各部门之间资源共享能力不强,在此基础上,本文分析了医疗器械及医用耗材成本管理与质量控制的必要性,总结了医疗器械及医用耗材成本管理与质量控制的策略,包括提高成本管理重视程度,加强医院各部门的交流与沟通,完善医院耗材管理体系,提高成本管理能力。

This paper studies the cost management and quality control of medical devices and medical consumables by discussing the main operating costs of hospitals and the treatment of medical devices and medical consumables.The problems existing in the cost management and quality control of medical devices and medical consumables in hospitals,including weak cost management and quality control consciousness,imperfect management system,weak resource sharing ability among various departments,hospital management and control level to be improved and management system to be improved.On this basis,the necessity of cost management and quality control of medical devices and consumables is analyzed.The strategies of cost management and quality control of medical devices and medical consumables are summarized,including increasing the importance of cost management,strengthening the communication and communication of various departments in the hospital,improving the hospital consumables management system,improving the cost management ability.
