Summary of preliminary design of public security informatization project(construction part of Ministry of Natural Resources)

本文从“十三五”国家政务信息化工程中的公共安全信息化工程(自然资源部建设部分)初步设计的必要性出发,结合工程建设实际,探讨了国家重大政务信息化工程建设项目初步设计的思路。在分析以地质灾害、海洋灾害为主的自然灾害防治,监测预警业务需求和信息化建设要求的基础上,开展本次工程建设总体架构、系统架构、数据架构、网络及安全架构等设计,并探讨了系统建设过程中的集约建设、数据交换共享、一体建设等问题,为后续工程实施及类似信息化项目设计提供借鉴。

Starting from the necessity of carrying out the preliminary design of the public safety informatization project(the construction part of Ministry of Natural Resources)in the"13th Five-Year Plan"national government affairs informatization project,this paper discusses the preliminary design ideas of the national major government affairs informatization program construction project in combination with the actual situation of the project.By mainly analyzing the prevention and control of natural disasters such as geological disaster and marine disaster,and analyzing the needs of monitoring and early warning business and the requirements of informatization construction,this paper designs the overall architecture,system architecture,data architecture and network and security architecture of this project construction.Furthermore,the problems of intensive construction,data exchange and sharing and integrated construction have been discussed in the process of system construction,which provides references for subsequent project implementation and similar information engineering design.
