高产优质中强筋小麦新品种豫丰11的遗传构成及其特异区段解析

摘要 为解析高产优质中强筋小麦新品种豫丰11的分子遗传学基础,本研究利用覆盖小麦全基因组的小麦16K液相芯片对豫丰11及其亲本进行分子标记检测。结果表明,母本周麦18和父本豫同198对豫丰11的遗传贡献率分别为55.97%和43.72%。在基因组水平,双亲对豫丰11的贡献率差异较大;在A基因组,周麦18对豫丰11的遗传贡献率远大于豫同198,达76.69%;在B、D基因组,豫同198对豫丰11的遗传贡献率超过了周麦18,分别达57.34%和57.50%。在染色体水平,双亲对豫丰11的遗传贡献率差异巨大,周麦18在4B、3D、6D染色体上对豫丰11的贡献率为100%,在2A、3A、5A、6A、5B染色体上的贡献率超过了70%;而豫同198在6B、7B、4D上对豫丰11的贡献率超过了95%,在7A、2B、2D、5D、7D染色体上的贡献率超过了70%。此外,豫丰11存在与双亲均不相同的突变位点(0.31%),占总突变位点数的73.17%富集在3个染色体区段(2B 654.53~664.41 Mb、2B 677.79~680.01 Mb和3B 796.01~810.73 Mb)。本研究解析了双亲及钴60诱变对豫丰11的遗传贡献率,明确了豫丰11的遗传构成并绘制了基因型图谱。 In order to clarify the molecular genetic basis of Yufeng11,a new variety of high-yield and good-quality medium-strong gluten,wheat 16K liquid phase chip was used to detect Yufeng11 and its parents(Zhoumai18 and Yutong198)by molecular mark.The results showed that the rate of genetic contribution from Zhoumai18 and Yutong198 was 55.97% and 43.72%,respectively.At the genomic level,there was a significant difference in the contribution rate of parents to Yufeng11;Zhoumai18 provided more genetic material to Yufeng11 in A-genome,reaching 76.69%.The contribution rate from Yutong198 exceeded that of Zhoumai18,reaching 57.34%(B-genome)and 57.50%(D-genome).The genetic contribution rate of parents showed a great difference to Yufeng11 at the chromosome level.In 4B,3D and 6D chromosomes,Zhoumai18 contributed 100% genetic material to Yufeng11,and more than 70% on 2A,3A,5A,6A and 5B chromosomes;While Yutong198 contributed genetic material more than 95% to Yufeng11 in 6B,7B and 4D chromosomes,and more than 70% on 7A,2B,2D,5D and 7D chromosomes.In addition,the results showed that Yufeng11 had mutation sites(0.31%)that were different from both parents,and 73.17% of the total mutation sites were enriched in three chromosome segments(2B 654.53-664.41 Mb,2B 677.79-680.01 Mb and 3B 796.01-810.73 Mb).In this study,the genetic composition of Yufeng11 were confirmed and the genotype map of Yufeng11 was mapped.
