摘要
随着人工智能技术在教育领域的应用,教育类硕士生的教育实践创新能力培养变得愈加重要。教育资源学视域下的调查研究与实践发现,科技服务是培养硕士生教育实践创新能力的可行方式。科技服务式培养的可行性在于:高校亟需弥补实践短板;实践领域存在资源优势;教育一线需要科技服务;科技服务具有积极作用。科技服务式培养的具体措施有:开展学情分析,探明自身优势;开发合作资源,搭建实践平台;重视平时培训,加强“战时”指导;创建服务模式,开展实践创新;组织研究问题,凝练创新成果。
With the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education,the cultivation of educational practice innovation ability for master’s students in education has become increasingly important.From the perspective of educational resources science,the research and practice have found that science and technology services are a feasible way to cultivate the innovative ability of master’s students in educational practice.The feasibility of science and technology service-oriented training lies in the urgent need for universities to make up for practical shortcomings.There are resource advantages in the field of practice.The frontline of education needs science and technological services.The science and technological services have a positive impact.The specific measures for science and technology service-oriented training include:conducting analysis of students’situation and exploring their own advantages;developing cooperative resources and building practical platforms;emphasize peacetime training and strengthen guidance during wartime;creating service models and carrying out practical innovation and organizing research on problems and refining innovative achievements.
