专家型教师和新手教师翻转课堂教学互动比较研究

摘要 翻转课堂正逐渐成为大学英语教学改革的新常态,探究翻转课堂教学过程中师生互动行为特点,对于提高翻转课堂教学质量、促进师生发展具有重要意义。实验采用改进型弗兰德斯互动分析系统,通过课堂实录观察,运用互动分析矩阵、动态特征曲线、S-T分析相结合的方法,对专家型和新手教师的翻转课堂教学互动结构和特征进行量化比较分析,发现翻转课堂互动模式倾向探究型教学,具有教师为主导、学生为主体、师生交互贯穿教学全过程等特点,教师对学生的直接影响远大于间接影响。专家型教师的翻转课堂互动形式多元,生生互动充分,注重信息技术的使用,而新手教师的翻转课堂氛围更加轻松融洽。基于研究结果,要使翻转课堂达到更好的教学效果,就需要新手教师转变教师观念,主动掌握新技术,提升信息化教学能力。 The flipped classroom has gradually become a new normal in the reform of college English teaching.Exploring the characteristics of teacher-student interaction is of great significance for improving the quality of classroom teaching and promoting the development of teachers and students.In this study,an improved Flanders Interaction Analysis System was applied to the comparative analysis of teaching interaction in expert and novice teachers’flipped college English classrooms.Based on class observations,the method combining interactive behavior matrix,dynamic characteristic curve and S-T analysis was used to quantify the interactive structure and characteristics of the flipped classrooms.The study showed that an inquiry-based teaching model was adopted in the teacher-directed and student-centered flipped classrooms with teacher-student interaction throughout the entire teaching process.The direct influence exerted by the teachers was much greater than the indirect influence.The expert teacher had an advantage over the novice teacher in using more diverse forms of classroom interaction,promoting adequate student-student interaction,and paying more attention to the use of information technology,while the atmosphere of the novice teacher’s classroom was more relaxed and harmonious.Based on the research results,we proposed enhancing novice teachers’information literacy to promote their professional growth.
