摘要
天津沿海超软土地基加固面临砂资源紧缺的困境,无砂法真空预压加固软基技术成为解决困境的首要方法。在这种背景下,DB/T29-263—2019《天津市无砂法真空预压加固软基技术标准》于2019年7月1日发布实施。通过对该标准与行业标准JTS147—2017《水运工程地基设计规范》、JTS206—2017《水运工程地基基础施工规范》相关条文进行对比,分析了无砂和有砂真空预压加固软基技术在设计、施工等方面的主要不同,希望通过对比、解析使广大从业者更好地理解《天津市无砂法真空预压加固软基技术标准》,便于无砂法真空预压加固软基技术的应用和推广。
Since improvement of ultra-soft soil ground encounters the shortage of sand resources in Tianjin coastal area,non sand blanket vacuum preloading method becomes an important substitute approach to solve the dilemma.Under such a background,DB/T 29-263-2019 Technical Standard of Non-sand Blanket Vacuum Preloading Method for Soft Soil Improvement in Tianjin was issued and implemented on July 1st in 2019.This paper compares the standard DB/T 29-263-2019 with the industrial standards,JTS 147-2017 Code for Foundation Design on Port and Waterway Engineering and JTS 206-2017 Code for Foundation construction on Port and Waterway Engineering,and further analyzes the main differences in the design and construction with the conventional vacuum preloading method and the non-sand blanket vacuum preloading method for a purpose to help engineering practitioners better understand DB/T 29-263-2019 in the promotion of application of non-sand blanket vacuum preloading method.
