摘要
随着我国社会经济的飞速发展以及公众对政府部门公共服务能力水平的期望,海事政务服务面临着新要求与新挑战。通过对海事政务服务如何把握好公共关系管理这一重要工具进行分析,在完善自身基础能力建设方面提出相关措施与建议,为海事政务服务增加社会公信力和影响力提供参考。
With the rapid social and economic development of China and the increasing expectations of the general public for the government's capacity in public service,maritime government services are also faced with new requirements and challenges.This paper analyzes how to effectively manage the important tool of public relations in maritime government services,and proposes relevant measures and suggestions for improving their own capacity building,aiming to provide reference for enhancing the social credibility and influence of maritime government services.
