摘要 通过分析区块链理念特点以及在各行业中的应用情况,在全要素水上“大交管”数据库管理、多源海上交通管理数据集成、船舶进出港信息交互与交通组织、船舶“一次报告,全程通行”、海事内部协同管理、恶劣天气下交通安全预警信息发布管理、海上交通信用一体化管理和各港交管中心运行情况日常监督等领域提出了应用方向,并结合可能存在的风险问题给出了工作建议。 This paper analyzes the characteristics of the concept of blockchain and its application in various industries,and puts forward the directions for application in the fields of"great maritime traffic management"database management,multi-source maritime traffic management data integration,ship entry and departure information interaction and traffic organization,"one report,full passage"for ships,internal collaborative maritime management,traffic safety early warning information release management in adverse weather,integrated maritime traffic credit management and daily supervision of the operation of each port traffic management center.It also proposes relevant suggestions in view of possible risk issues.
