面向实施的中小城市更新策略探索与思考——以济南市莱芜区为例

Renewal Strategy of Small and Medium-sized City for Implementation:Taking Laiwu District of Jinan City as an Example

随着我国从快速城镇化阶段转入深度城市化阶段,城市更新成为实现城市高质量发展的重要抓手,但当前城市更新的研究范围主要集中于广州、深圳、北京、上海等一线城市,有关中小城市的在地性实践研究较少。以济南市莱芜区为例,在系统研究其城市更新发展历程的基础上,指出其过往城市更新存在的3个主要问题,从4个方面提出面向实施的城市更新策略,指出中小城市更新在注重项目实施的同时,还应在价值取向和规划统筹方面加强重视与思考。

With China's rapid urbanization stage into deep urbanization stage,urban renewal has become an important grasping hand to realize the high-quality urban development,but the current research scope of urban renewal is mainly concentrated in Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Beijing,Shanghai and other first-tier cities,and the local practice of small and medium-sized cities are less researched.Taking Laiwu District of Jinan City as an example,on the basis of systematic study of its urban renewal development history,three main problems in its past urban renewal are pointed out,and urban renewal strategies for implemention are put forward from four aspects.It points out that small and medium-sized urban renewal should pay more attention to and think about value orientation and planning overall while paying attention to project implementation.
