以人为本的街道空间整治更新——以西宁市城中区街道改造为例

People-oriented Street Space Renovation:Taking Street Renovation of Chengzhong District,Xining City as an Example

从街道空间的认知演进入手,以问题导向为指引,通过对3条待更新街道功能属性和职能特点的梳理,提出以街道为载体的城市更新策略,助力地方发展目标达成。设计通过空间品质的提升和文脉表达,打造街廓的宜居性和舒适性,通过场所营造和活力塑造,激活老城烟火气。

Starting from the cognitive evolution of street space and guided by problem orientation,urban renewal measures based on street as carrier are proposed by combing the functional attributes and functional characteristics of the three streets to be renewed,so as to help local development goals achieved.Through improvement of space quality and expression of context,the design creates livability and comfort of the street.Through construction of places and shaping of vitality,the design activates fireworks of the old city.
