目标导向下低碳生态城区可持续性影响评估研究——以苏州独墅湖科教创新区为例

Sustainability Impact Assessment of Low-carbon Ecological Urban Area Under Guidance of Objective:Taking Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation Zone in Suzhou as an Example

基于低碳生态城区内涵,以苏州独墅湖科教创新区为例,从社会、环境与健康3个维度出发,对低碳生态城区可持续性影响因素进行评估。研究结果显示,苏州独墅湖科教创新区的规划建设对社会、环境及健康3个方面产生积极影响,有利于实现低碳可持续发展。

Based on connotation of low-carbon ecological urban area,taking Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation Zone in Suzhou as an example,evaluate the factors affecting the sustainability of low-carbon ecological urban area from three dimensions of society,environment and health.The research results show that the planning and construction of Dushu Lake Science and Education Zone has a positive impact on society,environment and health,which is conducive to achieving the low-carbon sustainable development goal of Dushu Lake Science and Education Zone.
