提升福州市高职院校治理水平的策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Improving the Governance Level of Higher Vocational Colleges in Fuzhou

在推进中国式现代化建设、全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的新征程中,提升高职院校治理水平具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。高职院校的治理主要存在着顶层设计不完善、治理结构不合理、治理体系不健全等问题。只有树立善治理念、优化顶层设计、提升治理效能,树立共治理念、构建多元开放的治理模式、凝聚治理合力,树立法治理念、建立依法治校的治理体系、减少治理阻力,才能提升高职院校治理水平。

In the new journey of promoting Chinese path to modernization,building a socialist modernization power in an all-round way,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for higher vocational colleges to improve their governance level.Taking vocational colleges in Fuzhou as an example,the governance of vocational colleges mainly faces problems such as incomplete top-level design,unreasonable governance structure,and incomplete governance system.Vocational colleges should establish the concept of good governance,optimize top-level design,and enhance governance efficiency in order to improve their governance level;establish the concept of co-governance,build a diversified and open governance model,and consolidate the joint efforts of governance;and establish the concept of rule of law,establish a governance system for governing schools according to law,and reduce governance resistance.
