摘要
立德树人是高职院校教育的根本任务.如何在课程教学中开展思政教育,将专业课程与思政元素有机融合,是食品专业教育工作者面临的现实问题.以食品理化检验技术课程为例,从课程与思政元素有机融合的教学设计思路、实施过程、成效、教学反思等方面进行了分析与阐述,以期为食品理化检验技术及相关专业课程的思政教学提供借鉴和参考.
Moral education is the fundamental task of the education in higher vocational colleges.How to carry out ideological and political education in curriculum teaching and organically integrate professional courses with ideological and political elements is a practical problem faced by educators in the field of food technology education.This paper takes the course of“Food Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology”as an example,analyzes and expounds on the teaching ideas,implementation process,effectiveness,and teaching reflection of the organic integration of the curriculum and ideological and political elements,in order to provide reference for the ideological and political education in food physical and chemical inspection technology course and related courses.
