摘要
为丰富植物修复石油污染土壤材料,以大花水桠木为材料,对不同程度石油污染土壤进行了修复试验。通过对大花水桠木生物量、叶片相对电导率、MDA含量及对土壤中石油的降解率的测定,发现不同程度的石油胁迫均对大花水桠木生长造成了影响,且污染越严重影响越大,轻度污染土壤对大花水桠木生理指标影响不大,大花水桠木对不同石油污染水平土壤中的石油降解率由高到低依次是中度污染、重度污染、轻度污染,初步判定大花水桠木可作为石油污染土壤植物修复材料。
In order to enrich the materials for phytoremediation of oil contaminated soil,this paper uses Hydrangea paniculata as the material to carry out remediation tests on different degrees of oil contaminated soil.Through the determination of the biomass,relative conductivity of leaves,MDA content and the degradation rate of oil in soil,it was found that different degrees of oil stress had an impact on the growth of Hydrangea paniculata,and the more serious the pollution was,the greater the impact was.The slightly polluted soil had little impact on the physiological indicators of Hydrangea paniculata,and the degradation rate of oil in the soil with different levels of oil pollution by Hydrangea paniculata was from high to low,followed by moderate pollution Heavy pollution and light pollution,it is preliminarily determined that the Hydrangea paniculata can be used as a phytoremediation material for oil-contaminated soil.
