Research on the Coupling Development of Professional Groups and Industries under the Rural Revitalization Strategy:Subject and Mechanism

推动专业群建设与产业发展精准对接是高职院校深化人才供给侧改革的重要抓手。文章以电子商务专业群为视角,对专业群与农产品流通产业耦合发展的逻辑、主体和机制展开研究。在界定政府、行业协会、企业、院校等耦合主体功能定位的基础上,提出规划引导机制、利益协同机制、长效沟通机制、产教联动机制和动态调控机制,以实现人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合。这对于提升专业群服务地方产业的能力,助推产业升级发展,全面实现乡村振兴具有重要意义。

Promoting the precise connection between professional group construction and industrial development is an important way for higher vocational colleges to deepen the reform of talent supply side.From the perspective of e-commerce professional group,this paper studies the logic,subject and mechanism of the coupling development of professional group and agricultural product circulation industry.On the basis of defining the functional orientation of the coupled subjects of government,industry associations,enterprises,and colleges,the planning guidance mechanism,benefit coordination mechanism,long-term communication mechanism,industry-education linkage mechanism and dynamic regulation mechanism are proposed,so as to realize the all-round integration of the structural elements of talent training supply side and industry demand side.This is of great significance for improving the ability of professional groups to serve local industries,boosting industrial upgrading and development,and comprehensively realizing rural revitalization.
