玻璃酸钠眼液对老年性白内障术后泪膜功能的临床疗效分析

目的分析玻璃酸钠眼液对老年性白内障术后泪膜功能的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月就诊于本院眼科的老年性白内障患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为2组,实验组给予4g/L玻璃酸钠眼液滴眼治疗,对照组给予2g/L玻璃酸钠眼液滴眼治疗。比较2组患者的泪膜功能、角膜知觉、干眼症状和相关炎症因子表达水平。结果实验组的泪膜破裂时间、基础泪膜分泌、角膜荧光素染色、角膜知觉、干眼症状等均与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),实验组的IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且角膜知觉与泪膜破裂时间具有显著的相关性(r=0.964)。结论应用高浓度的玻璃酸钠(4g/L)对老年性白内障术后泪膜功能具有良好的治疗效果,为今后临床治疗提供了参考价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops on tear film function after senile cataract surgery.Methods The 70 cases of senile cataract patients who were hospitalized in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with 4 g/L sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the control group was treated with 2 g/L sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The tear film function,corneal perception,dry eye symptoms and the expression of related inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The tear film rupture time,basic tear film secretion,corneal fluorescein staining,corneal perception and dry eye symptoms in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical indexes such as IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant correlation between corneal perception and tear film rupture time(r=0.964).Conclusions The application of high concentration sodium hyaluronate(4 g/L)has a good therapeutic effect on tear film function after senile cataract surgery,which provides a reference value for clinical treatment in the future.
