数字文化产业赋能文化消费的机理与路径研究 被引量:1

Research on the Mechanism and Path of Digital Cultural Industry Empowering Cultural Consumption

摘要 数字文化产业的蓬勃发展,不仅对构建国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局有现实意义,而且对文化消费赋能效果显著。本文研究发现:数字文化产业可以为文化消费供给新动能、提供新契机、培育新模式。数字文化产业赋能文化消费,政府层面需推进数字文化产业供给侧结构性改革,完善文化消费提升的扶持机制;企业层面需进行“四创”,构建释放文化消费潜力的动力机制;居民层面需加大文化教育投入,升级文化消费提升的人才机制。 The rapid growth of the digital cultural industry holds great practical importance in achieving a new development pattern where domestic and international cycles reinforce each other.It also has a significant impact on empowering cultural consumption.This study demonstrates that the digital cultural industry brings fresh momentum,creates new opportunities,and fosters innovative models for cultural consumption.To enable the empowerment of cultural consumption,several actions are recommended.The government needs to promote the supply-side structural reform of the digital cultural industry and improve the support mechanism for the promotion of cultural consumption.At the enterprise level,“four innovations”need to be carried out to build a dynamic mechanism to release the potential of cultural consumption.At the resident level,it is necessary to increase investment in culture and education,and upgrade the talent mechanism for cultural consumption.
