算法推荐视阈下我国主流意识形态传播的挑战与应对

Challenges and Response Strategies of the Dissemination of the Mainstream Ideology of China from the Perspective of Algorithmic Recommendation

互联网技术自诞生之日起就成为西方兜售“普世价值”的重要工具,正在开启信息和思想传播新纪元的算法推荐技术也不例外。“算法中立”本质上是西方社会掩盖其商业目的和政治意图的障眼法,其中蕴藏着巨大的意识形态陷阱。在算法推荐的中介下,网络信息传播呈现出“个性分发”、“流量至上”、“情理倒序”、“微碎叙事”和“圈层固化”等特点,对我国主流意识形态的传播构成了严峻的挑战。对此,不仅要对“算法中立”的虚伪性进行彻底的揭露和批判,还要善于借算法之力提高我国主流意识形态的传播效果。

Since the day of its birth,Internet technology has become an important tool for western countries to peddle the"universal values".Algorithmic recommendation technology,which is opening up a new epoch of information and thought dissemination,is no exception."Algorithm neutrality"is essentially an illusion used by Western countries to cover up their commercial and political intentions,which contains a huge ideological trap.Under the effect of algorithm recommendation,the network information dissemination fosters"personality distribution","flow first","emotion first","fragmented narrative"and"circle solidification",which poses a severe challenge to the dissemination of mainstream ideology of China.Thus,we should not only expose and criticize the hypocrisy of"algorithm neutrality",but also enhance the dissemination effect of the mainstream ideology of China with algorithmic recommendation.
