Constructing and Voicing China's Mainstream Ideology Discourse

话语承载着思想意识和价值观念,在社会交往实践中反复生成,其内容和形式充满意识形态意味。意识形态话语由特定概念、判断和推理等语词要素组合而成,依托话语进行表达。我国主流意识形态话语就是以马克思主义为根本属性,以新时代为语境,以统一思想、凝心聚力为旨要的具有中国特色的社会主义意识形态话语体系。以马克思主义意识形态为根基,以社会主义核心价值体系和社会主义核心价值观为内核的主流意识形态话语,其实质在于社会主义意识形态话语权。身处百年未有之大变局和中华民族伟大复兴战略全局,我国主流意识形态话语需要从维护社会稳定、实现民族复兴和世界繁荣的战略高度上发出中国强音,展现中国实力,在铸牢中华民族共同体意识、维护国家意识形态安全和构建人类命运共同体的层层诉求中完成时代出场。围绕唱响话语主旋律、规范话语表达秩序、优化话语表达形态3方面,我国主流意识形态话语在新时代场域中延展社会意识空间,发挥发展优势和话语优势的双重效应。

Discourse,bearing ideological consciousness and values,is generated repeatedly in the practice of social communication,and its content and form are full of ideological meanings.Ideological discourse conveys a particular voice with a certain discourse composed of specific concepts,judgments,reasoning and other lexical-grammatical elements.The mainstream ideological discourse in China is embedded in the socialist ideological discourse system with Chinese characteristics,taking Marxism as the fundamental attribute,the New Era as the context,and unifying thinking and cohesiveness as the ultimate goal.The essence of the mainstream discourse of China,based on Marxist ideology and supported with the core of China's socialist core value system and socialist values,lies in the discourse power of socialist ideology.In the face of major global changes unseen in a century and the overall strategy of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the mainstream ideological discourse needs to present a strong Chinese voice and show a strong and prosperous China based on the strategic vision of maintaining social stability,achieving national rejuvenation and fostering world prosperity.The mainstream ideological discourse needs to emerge out of China's consciousness as a national community,and China's aspirations for safeguarding its national ideological security,and building a community with a shared future for mankind.By constructing the mainstream discourse,normalizing discourse expression,and diversifying discourse modes,the mainstream ideological discourse may make full use of the dual effects of the development model and discourse power of China to extend the space of social consciousness in the New Era.
