Research status and progress of Cu-Cr alloys with high strength and high conductivity

摘要 铜合金作为一种功能材料被广泛应用于各个行业。Cu-Cr系列高强高导电合金不仅具有良好的导电性能,同时与其他系列铜合金相比具有优异的力学性能,因此在机械、电力、交通等工业生产领域有着广泛应用。通过添加微量合金元素,可以显著改善Cu-Cr合金的力学性能。归纳了国内外学者对高导电性和高强度Cu-Cr系列合金成分以及加工工艺的现有研究成果,总结了优化Cu-Cr合金综合性能的基本方法;系统介绍了Cu-Cr-Zr、Cu-Cr-Mg和Cu-Cr-REs等合金体系的研究进展;阐述了目前国内外学者利用机械加工工艺对Cu-Cr合金组织性能调控方面的研究成果;综合分析了Cu-Cr系列合金强化及导电性增强机制,最后对Cu-Cr合金研究及发展方向进行了展望。 As a kind of functional material,copper alloys are widely used in various industries.Cu-Cr series high strength and high conductivity alloys not only has good conductivity,but also has excellent mechanical properties compared with other series of copper alloys,so it has a wide range of applications in machinery,electric power,transportation,and other industrial production fields.By adding trace alloying elements,the mechanical properties of Cu-Cr alloys can be significantly improved.The existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars on composition and processing technology of high conductivity and high strength Cu-Cr series alloys are concluded,and the basic methods for optimizing comprehensive properties of Cu-Cr alloys are summarized.The research progress of Cu-Cr-Zr,Cu-Cr-Mg and Cu-Cr-REs alloy series is systematically introduced.The current research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the regulation of microstructure and properties for Cu-Cr alloys by mechanical processing technology are expounded.The strengthening and conductivity enhancement mechanisms of Cu-Cr series alloys are comprehensively analyzed,and finally the research and development direction of Cu-Cr alloys are prospected.
