摘要
垃圾车自挂桶机械手在挂桶卸料倾倒垃圾时,为避免垃圾桶因惯性冲击脱落而使挂桶部位遭受较大折弯力矩导致桶沿折弯脆断损坏,需设置挡桶机构对垃圾桶进行合理限位。因挂桶机构和垃圾桶规格不同,挡桶机构设计也不尽相同。本文通过对垃圾车固定式挡桶机构、柔性挡桶机构和多功能挡桶机构等多种挡桶机构的设计分析及比较,探讨和归纳自挂桶机械手挡桶机构设计应从结构型式、挡桶部位以及是否可调等所应遵循的基本规律。
When the garbage truck self-hanging bucket manipulator is dumping garbage in the bucket,in order to prevent the bucket from falling off due to inertial impact and causing the bucket to suffer greater bending moment,which will cause the bucket to break brittle along the bend,it is necessary to set up a bucket stop mechanism to reasonably limit the trash can.Due to different specifications of bucket hanging mechanism and trash can,the design of bucket retaining mechanism is also different.Through the design analysis and comparison of various bucket retaining mechanisms such as fixed bucket retaining mechanism,flexible bucket retaining mechanism and multi-function bucket retaining mechanism of garbage truck,the basic rules for the design of bucket retaining mechanism of self hanging bucket manipulator should be discussed and summarized,such as the structural type,bucket retaining position and whether it is adjustable.
