摘要
本文对FPT(菲亚特动力科技)桥壳柔性加工液压夹具的设计进行了研究,分析了FPT桥壳柔性加工工艺和VMC2060与VCM-158加工中心性能,设计了一种提高工作效率、降低劳动强度、实现柔性加工的FPT桥壳加工液压夹具。该夹具经过一年多的运行,较先前的加工方式,提高了工件加工精度,加工尺寸稳定可靠,工序合格率100%,生产效率是使用以前夹具的1.5倍以上。
This article studies the design of a flexible machining hydraulic fixture for FPT(Fiat Power Technology)axle housing.Analyzed the flexible machining process of FPT bridge shell and the performance of VMC2060 and VCM-158 machining centers,designed a hydraulic fixture for FPT bridge shell machining to improve work efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and achieve flexible machining.After more than a year of operation,this fixture has improved the machining accuracy of the workpiece compared to the previous processing method,with stable and reliable machining dimensions,a 100%process qualification rate,and a production efficiency of more than 1.5 times that of the previous fixture.
