摘要
通过层间电阻仪、RX-400膜厚/重仪、中性盐雾试验、高温炉及扫描电镜,研究了固含量19.5%~35%的涂液对涂层厚度、绝缘性、耐腐蚀性、耐热性及微观形貌的影响。研究结果表明:在本实验条件下,涂层膜厚与固含量成正比,对应固含量的涂层厚度范围为0.65~2.33μm。涂层最高耐热温度800℃,耐热试验后,绝缘电阻下降约50%。最长耐腐蚀时间可达12 h,薄涂层容易被氯离子穿透,耐腐蚀性较厚涂层差;厚涂层在高温下烘干,易出现烘干孔洞,降低耐腐蚀性。该工艺下固含量为25.27%的涂层性能较优。
The influence of coating liquid with solid content of 19.5%-35%on the coating amount,insulation,corrosion resistance,heat resistance and micro morphology of the coating were studied by means of interlayer resistance meter,RX-400 film thickness/weight meter,neutral salt spray test,high temperature furnace and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the coating film thickness was directly proportional to the solid content,and the corresponding coating thickness range for solid content is 0.65-2.33μm under the conditions of this experiment.The maximum heat resistance temperature of the coating was 800℃.After the heat resistance test,the insulation resistance decreased by about 50%.The maximum corrosion resistance time could reach 12 hours,and thin coatings were easily penetrated by chloridion(Cl-),resulting in poor corrosion resistance compared to thick coatings.Thick coatings were prone to drying holes under high temperatures drying,which reduced the corrosion resistance.The coating with the solid content of 25.27%has better performance under this process.
