摘要
为消除尿素生产过程中蒸发提浓系统真空度频繁波动的现象,通过从物料、工艺、设备等方面查找造成该状况的根本原因,采取相应措施,分别从根源上解决了二段蒸发气相管线堵塞和蒸发系统进料组分偏离设计值两大技术难题,使蒸发系统负压波动频次由月平均4次降至0,大大提高了尿素成品的产量,减少了不合格品数量,提升了经济效益,增加了尿素产品的品牌竞争力。
In order to eliminate the frequent fluctuation of vacuum degree in steam evaporating and concentrating system during urea production,we checked from material,process and equipment to find the major reasons,then took relative measures to solve the two(2)technical problems ultimately such as the block of pipeline in secondary stage evaporation and the deviation of feedstock component from the design value in evaporating system,making the frequency of negative pressure fluctuation reduced from four(4)time per month to zero,which greatly improved the urea product quality,reduced the quantity of unpassed product,enhanced the economic benefit and enforced the brand competitiveness of urea product.
