Taking the#2 waste rock dump of the Letpadaung Copper Mine in Myanmar as an example,an in-depth research is carried out on the section design of classification and zoning of the mine waste rock dumps to find out the general law of that design,which can be used to guide the classification and zoning for the mine waste rock dumps,and to provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.
