数字经济背景下甘肃省“专精特新”中小企业高质量发展路径分析

Analysis on the High Quality Development Path of“Specialized,Refined,and Innovative”SMEs in Gansu Province under the Background of Digital Economy

当前“专精特新”企业已经逐渐成为我国创新体系中必不可少的组成部分,是我国科技自立自强的排头兵,更是我国贯彻新发展理念背景下高质量发展的重要动力源。甘肃省近几年持续加大政策支持力度,“专精特新”中小企业得到稳步发展,但随着数字经济不断发展及国家“东数西算”工程落地甘肃,“专精特新”中小企业在高质量发展方面面临数字化转型、创新协同、绿色发展等方面的困难。为解决上述现实问题,应着力挖掘甘肃省“专精特新”中小企业发展潜力和发展诉求,有针对性地进行整体发展思路与政策设计,助力推动“专精特新”中小企业的高质量发展。

Currently,“specialized,refined,and innovative”SMEs have become an indispensable component of innovation system.They are the pacesetter for technological self-reliance and self-improvement in China.They are also the important driving force for high-quality development in the context of China’s implementation of new development concepts.Gansu Province has increased policy support in recent years,and“specialized,refined,and innovative”SMEs have achieved steady development.However,with the development of the digital economy and the implementation of the national“East to West”project in Gansu,the SMEs face difficulties in high-quality development such as digital transformation,innovation synergy and green development.In order to solve the above practical problems,this article proposes that efforts should be made to tap the development potential and demands of“specialized,refined,and innovative”SMEs in Gansu Province,and targeted overall development ideas and policy design should be carried out to help promote the high-quality development of the SMEs.
