摘要
为了改进葡萄酒品尝学实践教学,促进和提高学生对葡萄酒感官分析的实践能力和对葡萄酒学知识的综合运用能力,本研究尝试使用教育戏剧的教学方式,通过剧本创作和表演,将课程知识点以戏剧冲突的形式表现出来。实践证明,基于教育戏剧的实践教学不仅能激发学生自主学习的积极性和主动性,同时还有助于培养学生对葡萄酒学知识的综合运用能力,是一种行之有效的教学模式,可以有效地促进人才培养与社会需求的紧密衔接。
To improve the teaching of Wine Tasting,promote students’ability of wine sensory analysis and comprehensive application of oenological knowledge,our study attempted to use the teaching method of educational drama to demonstrate the knowledge points of the course in the form of dramatic conflicts through script creation and performance.It is proved that the teaching based on educational drama can not only stimulate students’enthusiasm and initiative in independent learning,but also help to cultivate students’comprehensive application of oenological knowledge,which is an effective teaching mode and can promote the close connection between talent training and social needs.
