免疫炎症因素在烟雾病发病中的研究进展

Research progress on immune inflammatory factors in the pathogenesis of moyamoya disease

烟雾病(MMD)是一种慢性进展性闭塞性脑血管病,其发病机制目前尚不明确。越来越多的证据表明,免疫炎症因素参与了MMD的发生发展。免疫相关性基因、炎症标记物、免疫细胞等在MMD中表达异常。本文对近年来免疫炎症在MMD发病中的相关研究进展进行综述。

Moyamoya disease(MMD)is a chronic progressive occlusive cerebrovascular disease,the pathogenesis of which is still unclear.There is growing evidence that immunoinflammatory factors are involved in the development of MMD.Immune-related genes,inflammatory markers,and immune cells are expressed aberrantly in MMD.This paper reviews the recently progressed research on immune inflammation in the pathogenesis of MMD.
