复方中药对早期断奶仔猪相关激素及免疫力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of compound Chinese medicine on related hormones and immunity of early weaned piglets

摘要 为了探讨复方中药对早期断奶仔猪生长性能、血清胃肠激素水平和免疫相关指标的影响,试验将(24±2)日龄断奶的72头三元杂交猪随机分为空白对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、参苓白术散组(饲喂基础日粮+30 g/头参苓白术散)、复方中药组(饲喂基础日粮+30 g/头复方中药)、金霉素组(饲喂基础日粮+75 mg/kg金霉素)进行饲养试验,试验期为4周。试验前后称重,测定生长性能和仔猪腹泻率;在试验第2周和第4周通过前腔静脉采血并测定血清胃动素(MTL)、皮质醇(CORT)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量及免疫指标。结果表明:参苓白术散组、复方中药组和金霉素组的日增重均极显著或显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),日采食量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。参苓白术散组腹泻率和腹泻时间显著低于对照组和金霉素组(P<0.05),复方中药组腹泻率和腹泻时间极显著低于对照组和金霉素组(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,复方中药组CORT含量在第4周显著降低(P<0.05);参苓白术散组MTL含量在第2周显著升高(P<0.05),金霉素组极显著升高(P<0.01),第4周时参苓白术散组、复方中药组和金霉素组均极显著升高(P<0.01);参苓白术散组与金霉素组5-HT含量在第4周显著降低(P<0.05),复方中药组极显著降低(P<0.01);参苓白术散组IgG含量在第4周显著升高(P<0.05),复方中药组极显著升高(P<0.01);参苓白术散组IgA含量在第4周显著增加(P<0.05),复方中药组在第2周和第4周显著或极显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。复方中药组IgM含量在第4周显著增加(P<0.05)。说明复方中药可有效减少皮质醇的分泌,增强机体的抗应激能力,并通过调节机体胃肠激素的分泌降低早期断奶应激对仔猪的伤害。 In order to explore the effects of compound Chinese medicine on the growth performance,serum gastrointestinal hormone levels and immune-related indexes of early weaned piglets,in this experiment,the 72 ternary crossbred pigs weaned at(24±2)days old were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were blank control group(feeding basal diet),Shenglingbaizhu powder group(feeding basal diet+30 g/head Shenglingbaizhu powder),compound Chinese medicine group(feeding basal diet+30 g/head compound Chinese medicine),chlortetracycline group(feeding basal diet+75 mg/kg chlortetracycline);the trial period was 4 weeks.Weighing before and after the test,and growth performance and piglet diarrhea rate were determined;at 2 and 4 weeks after weaning,blood was collected from the anterior vena cava and serum motilin(MTL),cortisol(CORT),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)contents and immune indexes were measured.The results showed that the daily weight gains in the Shenglingbaizhu powder group,the compound Chinese medicine group and the chlortetracycline group were very significantly or significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The daily feed intakes in the Shenglingbaizhu powder group,the compound Chinese medicine group and the chlortetracycline group were very significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the material-to-weight ratios were very significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The diarrhea rate and diarrhea time in the Shenglingbaizhu powder group were significantly lower that those in the control group and the chlortetracycline group(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate and diarrhea time in the compound Chinese medicine group were very significantly lower than those in the control group and the chlortetracycline group(P<O.O1).Compared with the control group,the CORT content in the compound Chinese medicine group was significantly reduced at week 4(P<0.05).Compared with the control group at week 2,the MTL contents were very significantly increased in the Shenglingbaizhu powder group(P<0.05)and the chlortetracycline group(P<0.01),and at week 4,the Shenglingbaizhu powder group,the compound Chinese medicine group and the chlortetracycline group were all significantly increased(P<0.01).The contents of 5-HT were significantly reduced in the Shenglingbaizhu powder group and the chlortetracycline group at week 4(P<0.05),and the compound Chinese medicine group was very significantly reduced(P<0.01).The IgG content in the Shenglingbaizhu powder group increased significantly at week 4(P<0.05),and in the compound Chinese medicine group(P<0.01).The content of IgA increased significantly in the Shenglingbaizhu powder group at week 4(P<0.05),and the compound Chinese medicine group was increased significantly at week 2(P<0.05)and very significantly at week 4(P<0.01).The IgM content in the compound Chinese medicine group increased significantly at week 4(P<0.05).The results suggested that compound Chinese medicine could effectively reduce the secretion of cortisol,enhance the body's anti-stress ability,and reduce the damage of early weaning stress to piglets by regulating the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones in the body.
