基于多目标加权灰靶决策模型的高模量沥青混合料集料适应性研究

摘要 为研究玄武岩、石灰岩和凝灰岩在高模量沥青混合料中的适应性,对比评价了3种集料制备的高模量沥青混合料HMM-13的马歇尔性能、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性,结合雷达图进行综合分析,并采用多目标加权灰靶决策模型综合评价。结果表明,各集料类型的高模量沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度均大于15 kN,动稳定度均高于8500次/mm,-10℃极限抗弯拉应变与水稳性均符合规范要求,各集料类型下雷达图面积石灰岩>玄武岩>凝灰岩,玄武岩-高模量沥青混合料HMM-13高温性能较优,石灰岩-高模量沥青混合料HMM-13水稳定性较优,多目标加权灰靶决策模型下石灰岩-高模量沥青混合料HMM-13综合性能最优。 In order to study the applicability of basalt,limestone and tuff in high modulus asphalt mixture,the high modulus asphalt mixture HMM-13 prepared from three aggregates was compared and evaluated for high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability.Comprehensive analysis is carried out with radar image,and comprehensive evaluation is made with multi-objective weighted gray target decision-making model.The results show that the Marshall stability of high modulus asphalt mixture of each aggregate type is more than 15 kN,the dynamic stability is more than 8500 times/mm,and the ultimate bending tensile strain at-10℃and the water stability meet the specification requirements.The radar image area of each aggregate type,in descending order,is limestone,basalt,and tuff.The basalt high modulus asphalt mixture HMM-13 has better high temperature performance,while limestone high modulus asphalt mixture HMM-13 has better water stability.The comprehensive performance of limestone high modulus asphalt mixture HMM-13 is the best under the multi-objective weighted grey target decision-making model.
