摘要 针对现有膨胀土处治利用问题,采用固化材料对云南蒙自地区的膨胀土开展固化处治,并研究其力学性能。以CBR为固化性能力学分析指标,通过室内试验,对比了6种固化材料(水泥、石灰和4种新型固化剂)的固化效果,筛选出最佳固化材料;基于最佳固化材料,在93%和96%2种压实度和最佳含水率、最佳含水率+2%、最佳含水率-2%3种含水率工况下,探究配合比、养生龄期和浸水对膨胀土力学性能的影响。结果表明,纤维复合固化剂对膨胀土固化处治效果最佳,掺配比例宜选取为5%,养生龄期不可低于3 d,且需避免水分侵入。 To address the issue of treatment and utilization of expansive soil,a solidifying agent was used to treat expansive soil in the Mengzi region of Yunnan Province,and its mechanical properties were studied.CBR was utilized as a mechanical analysis index for solidification performance.Six types of solidifying agents(cement,lime,and four new types of solidifiers)were compared for their solidifying effects via laboratory experiments to determine the optimal agent.Subsequently,based on the optimal agent,the effects of mix ratio,curing time,and immersion on mechanical properties were studied at three water content levels with optimal water content and±2%change in optimal water content and at two compaction densities with 93%and 96%,respectively.Results indicate that the resin fiber solidifier has the most effective solidifying effect on the selected expansive soil,with a recommended mixing ratio of 5%,a curing time of no less than 3 days,and a need to avoid water intrusion.
