摘要
智能网联道路建设,有助于科学指导数字道路的智能化建设,推动打造便捷、安全、绿色、智能的交通系统。依托于智能网联道路建设体系,文章提出智慧灯控和蜂窝车载通信C-V2X方案,在提高道路交通管控效率和道路安全的同时,进一步降低能耗。然而当车辆或灯杆与周围通过无线网交互时,易受无线环境、承载设计、系统安全等的影响,进而面临各种网络安全风险和威胁,严重影响交通和生命安全。文章基于中国电信蜂窝网络,从运营系统、信号控制、车路协同等多个方面进行了组网方案的研究,并依托于中国电信自有的无线网络开展实践验证。结果表明,车路协同的智能网联道路项目有利于改善交通环境,在路网畅通条件下,机动车排放污染峰值明显下降,同时也促使了道路资源整合,为未来绿色交通、智慧交通等业务应用创新打好基础。
The construction of intelligent networked roads is conducive to scientifically guiding the intelligent construction of digital roads in,and promoting the construction of a convenient,safe,green,and intelligent transportation system.Relying on the intelligent networked road construction system,this article proposes a smart light control and cellular vehicle communication C-V2X scheme,which can further reduce energy consumption while improving the efficiency of road traffic control and road safety.However,when vehicles or light poles interact with their surroundings through wireless networks,they are vulnerable to the impact of the wireless environment,bearer design,system security,and other factors,thereby facing various network security risks and threats,seriously affecting traffic and life safety.Based on the Cellular network of China Telecom,this article has conducted research on networking solutions from multiple aspects such as operation system,signal control,vehicle road coordination,and carried out practical verification relying on China Telecom's own wireless network.The results show that the intelligent networked roads project with vehicle road collaboration is conducive to improving the traffic environment.Under smooth road network conditions,the peak value of motor vehicle emission pollution significantly decreases,and it also promotes the integration of road resources,laying a solid foundation for future business application innovation such as green transportation and intelligent transportation.
